Accommodation Booking and Payment Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be secured with a deposit of 20% of the full amount.  Until the deposit is received, the booking remains available to other groups.  Full payment is due one week in advance of the occupancy date.

If you are unable to come as planned, please advise us as soon as possible.  If you advise us within 21 days of your scheduled accommodation date, we will refund the deposit, less a booking fee of $50.  If you do not provide three weeks notice, we will refund your deposit less a booking fee of $50 only if we are able to fill the booking.    Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

In the unlikely event that extreme weather conditions prevent you from occupying the island, your payment will be refunded in full.
